Lasso Developer Conference 2008 To Be Held This September In Chicago

Manchester, WA. - February 4, 2008 - LassoSoft, LLC, developers of Lasso Professional and Lasso Studio, today announced the Lasso Developer Conference 2008 will be held September 18th to 21st in Chicago, Illinois. The Lasso Developer conference is the premier event for all Lasso developers of any skill level.

"This must-attend event will feature more sessions and round tables than ever. The Chicago location allows us to make this the most affordable Lasso conference yet. The conference will provide benefits both to new Lasso users and to experienced Lasso developers."

LassoSoft will kick off this four-day conference with a keynote address on the morning of Thursday, September 18th. The company will present the next major version of the Lasso product line and will provide in-depth briefings about the new technology. A sponsored reception will be held Thursday evening for all conference attendees. The conference will feature two days of sessions presented by members of the Lasso community and special guests.

Topics that are scheduled to be covered include AJAX and JavaScript, Web site security, accessibility, and localization, HTML and CSS, database optimization, basic Lasso techniques, and more. A range of sessions will be presented for both new and experienced Lasso users. The final day of the conference will feature round table discussions. Some round table hosts will present short presentations on their topics. The round table presentations also allow conference attendees access to individual speakers for more in depth discussion of the main sessions.

There is a call for papers for both main session presentations and round table hosts. New speakers and topics will be announced as they are added to the event.
