[ bytes->getrange ]
Method
[Bytes->GetRange] returns a sequence of bytes from a byte stream as a string. The byte stream is not modified by this method so it can be used to peek ahead.
The first parameter specifies the position at which to start. The second parameter specifies the number of bytes to return.
